I had such a hard time finding a good therapist in the beginning and then I found Maria . I was new to New Jersey and had tried two therapists but they didnt seem to help ! I saw Maria got great reviews so I figured I would give her a try. Maria continually provides the support I need so that I could find more mental stability! I HIGHLY recommend !

Rich is an exceptional therapist. He is thoughtful with his advice; I can always see the wheels turning as he is listens to me.However listening is not enough, he does not hesitate to challenge me to delve into cause and effect. I find the hardest obstacles to overcome when needing to find new care is to find one you get along with, feeling like you’re being taken seriously (not just a number), but also one that challenges you for the better. Richie Speiser has made getting past those first few sessions easier than most for me, and I feel like I’m making progress and able to share things about myself more openly than before with other professionals.

Richie Speiser has been my therapist for almost one year. It’s been a very challenging time with the death of my fiance, job loss, and family issues. I remember the first time I called the office I knew that Maria and Pipitone Counseling Service would be wonderful. It was so easy to find a time to meet after work and they were always willing to work with me and my schedule. Her office staff is phenomenal and always pleasant with any scheduling or insurance questions. Maria has helped so much with improving my mental health. She is very easy to talk to and professional. I always felt better after our sessions and looked forward to the next ones. The only reason I'm not seeing her anymore is because I moved out of state. All of the tools she taught me I use on a daily basis and will continue to use them probably forever! A huge thank you to her and her office staff for being amazing and helping me manage my mental health!
