A Message from Colleen

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support is often one of the hardest and most courageous first steps. I’m glad you’re here. With more than 18 years of experience as a dually licensed social worker and addiction counselor, I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply ready for change.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself and supported in the process of healing and growth. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and genuine. I meet clients where they are, honoring their experiences, strengths, and personal goals while helping them build practical tools for moving forward. Together, we can work toward greater balance, self-understanding, confidence, and emotional well-being.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support people navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, chronic health issues, women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and recovery. Whether you’re moving through a difficult season or looking to reconnect with yourself in a healthier, more compassionate way, you don’t have to do it alone. If you feel we may be a good fit, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
